Basque witchcraft treaty.
Pierre Lancre was a French inquisitor who travelled to the North of the Basque Country in 1609 and wrote the book which has been now translated into Spanish for the first time ( almost 400 years later) about which Michelet; his compatriot, would say: " Basque people have never been characterised better than in Lancre´s book". This edition leads to access to the origin and the religious intolerance sources and the reasons shown by the Catholic Church to finish with the witches. It is a touching testimony.
