Sexual Herria

The misfit journalist, heretic feminist, uncut diamond and suburbs cabaret star Itziar Ziga, after a nine-year sexile in Barcelona, has returned to Euskal Herria, wondering if we have gone from perennial drizzle to golden shower, if the police have stopped bumping Basque people off to jerk them off, if we have begun to pervert apart from subvert, if we have gone from watching green landscapes and green –uniforms– in the landscape to became blue ladies and youth... She has came back to the country that saw her birth, ready to share her view about struggle, feminism, commitment, pleasure, ready to establish (dis)order in her land: the Sexual Country.
